At Van Stands we’re committed to keeping shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. We aim to get your order on its way to you the next business day after your order or sooner, but we do rely on Australia Post to deliver to your door.


All due care will be taken to ensure your parcel is packed and sent safely from our warehouse, however we cannot be held liable for any damages or missing in transit parcels. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us here. Remember to be courteous and respectful for best outcomes. By purchasing from this site, you accept the quotation for shipping and these terms and conditions. 


POSTAGE TIMES:

We aim to get your order on its way to you the next business day after your order or sooner.


In order to keep costs low, our usual option uses Australia Post and is not trackable. The trade off is that we can’t track and once we’ve sent it, it’s an Australia Post’s hands. Most of the time Australia Post delivers in their estimated timeframes below. Sometimes it can take up to 12 business days, so it is best to expect that and be pleasantly surprised when it arrives early 


Note: Some Parcel Lockers may or may not accept Van Stands orders sent with regular shipping, so it's best to let us know if you need registered or express post if you’d like to send it to your parcel locker.

Parcel Tracking:

 If you would like your order tracked via registered or express post please contact us on contact@vanstands.com.au and we will add the small fee to your order.


International Shipping:

Van Stands ships world wide. Postage fees apply to any orders outside of Australia. Please contact Van Stands via email at contact@vanstands.com.au prior to ordering for international orders. If you place an order via the website from a country outside of Australia (and have not emailed us prior), we will be in contact with you via email to confirm shipping costs.


For orders placed outside of Australia, please note that you are responsible for any customs and import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.



Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Website. All purchases from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
